What we collect

Information We Collect

We keep the list short. If we do not need it to support your environment, we do not ask for it.

We collect business contact details, service notes, network documentation, and records tied to the work we perform. That includes encrypted credentials stored for authorized support, session logs, and the minimum data needed to manage remote access in Devolutions RDM.

When a vault is configured, we keep access scoped to the people who need it. Shared notes, device names, and session details are stored to support the job, then reviewed against retention rules.

  • Business names, phone numbers, email addresses, and billing contacts
  • Network maps, device lists, and configuration notes
  • Encrypted credentials and remote session records used for support

RDM vault controls

Access is limited, credential fields are encrypted, and support records stay tied to the assigned client account.

assignment

Session logs

We keep enough history to audit work, confirm changes, and answer service questions. Nothing extra.

person_search

Data minimization

We do not gather personal data for marketing. We collect what is needed to maintain your environment and support your request.

How we use your data

We use it to do the work.

We use your information to deliver services, manage authorised remote sessions, troubleshoot problems, document changes, and improve the security posture of the systems we support.

We do not access client systems without approval. If a session needs credentials or remote control, the request is tied to a known contact and a real service task.

support_agent

Service delivery

We use account details and technical notes to respond to tickets, keep records straight, and finish the assigned support task.

lock_reset

Remote access

Session information helps us confirm what was changed, when it was changed, and who approved the access.

security

Security checks

We review logs and configuration notes to spot weak settings, missing controls, and access gaps before they turn into a bigger problem.

fact_check

Audit trail

We keep a record of key work so we can answer questions from your team and verify the facts later.

Protection and retention

Data Protection & Retention

Client information is protected in transit and at rest using industry-standard encryption and access controls. We review who can reach the data, and we keep the surface area small.

Retention follows the service agreement and legal requirements. When the contract ends, we remove or return client data according to the agreed process, unless a longer hold is needed for compliance or billing records.

What stays out

No marketing sharing.

We do not sell client information or pass it to third parties for advertising. If another provider needs access to perform a job, that access is limited and tied to the service need.

do_not_disturb_on No marketing use schedule Retention by agreement
